2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we appreciate your understanding.
3. Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are 7-10 days after processing.
4. International Shipping: We also provide international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damages: Juniorskinco is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Pre-Order Policy for JUNIOR SKIN CO.
Pre-Order for Sold-Out Items: For items that are popular and quickly sell out, we offer our customers the option to pre-order these items while they are being restocked. This ensures that you can secure your purchase for high-demand products.
Availability: When an item is sold out, you will see an option to pre-order it on the product page. By selecting this option, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock, but will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available at our Sydney office.
Expected Arrival: The expected arrival date listed for sold-out pre-order items is based on when we anticipate receiving the item at our office in Sydney. We will process shipments immediately upon stock arrival. Please note, this date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Delays: We understand the importance of timely delivery and will do our best to ship pre-ordered items as soon as they arrive. However, we must inform you that once the package leaves our office, it may be subject to shipping delays that are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
Communication: We will provide regular updates regarding the status of your pre-ordered item. If there are any changes to the expected arrival or shipping dates, we will notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.
Payment and Cancellations: The full payment for pre-orders will be required at the time of purchase. If you change your mind about a pre-ordered sold-out item, you may cancel within 3 DAYS for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will incur a 20% fee.
