Pre-Order Policy for JUNIOR SKIN CO.

Pre-Order for Sold-Out Items: For items that are popular and quickly sell out, we offer our customers the option to pre-order these items while they are being restocked. This ensures that you can secure your purchase for high-demand products.

Availability: When an item is sold out, you will see an option to pre-order it on the product page. By selecting this option, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock, but will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available at our Sydney office.

Expected Arrival: The expected arrival date listed for sold-out pre-order items is based on when we anticipate receiving the item at our office in Sydney. We will process shipments immediately upon stock arrival. Please note, this date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Delays: We understand the importance of timely delivery and will do our best to ship pre-ordered items as soon as they arrive. However, we must inform you that once the package leaves our office, it may be subject to shipping delays that are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Communication: We will provide regular updates regarding the status of your pre-ordered item. If there are any changes to the expected arrival or shipping dates, we will notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.

Payment and Cancellations: 
We require full payment at the time you place your pre-order to secure your exclusive item.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you reconsider your pre-order for a sold-out item, you're welcome to cancel it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us following the instructions provided on our website.

Please note that cancellations are not possible once the item has been dispatched to your shipping address. At this stage, our Shipping and Returns Policy will come into effect.
