 7-Days Return Policy


 • You have seven days to return a Product from the date you received it to the following address: PO Box 136 Fullham Gardens, South Australia, 5024, Australia. 


• To be eligible for a 7-Days return, the Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.• The Product must be in the original packaging.


 • The Product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 


 • Once we receive the Product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the Product. 


 • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 • When can you claim the 90-Days Complete Money-Back Guarantee?After 60 calendar days have elapsed from the date of delivery, but before 90 days have elapsed from the date of delivery. 


 • How many times you must use the Product and record of proof?You must complete a minimum of 6 treatments using the Product. In order to prove the minimum usage of the Product, you must take at least one picture (with true and honest time and date stamps) of the body part(s) before the treatment and at least one picture (with true and honest time and date stamps) of the body part(s) after the treatment. 


• How should you use the Product and record of proof?You must use the Product in accordance with the instructions specified in the User Manual accompanying the Product. If you would like to claim the 90-Days Complete Money-Back Guarantee, you must record a video in which you will demonstrate your use of the Product. If we are of the opinion that the Product has not been used properly in accordance with the instructions specified in the User Manual, your claim will not be approved.

The email must specify the order number, at least 12 pictures as the proof of minimum usage (as specified above) and a video demonstrating your use of the Product. The claim must be received by Junior Skin Co. using designated communication channels within 60 to 90 days from the date of delivery of the Product. If you send the claim to wrong email address, your claim will not be considered. 


 • Step 2: Review of Claim 


Junior Skin Co. will review and evaluate your claim. This step can take up to 14 working days. The review and evaluation processes are solely undertaken at the discretion of Junior Skin Co. and Junior Skin Co. may take any factor it feels is relevant into consideration.


 • Step 3: Settling the Claim 


After reviewing and evaluating your claim, it will be either approved or rejected.If your claim is rejected, you will be told the reasons for such rejection and you cannot challenge or appeal such rejection. However, if time allows, you can file another claim.If your claim is approved, Junior Skin Co. will issue a refund the amount you paid for the product minus a minor restocking fee, within 7 days after the Product has been received and evaluated by us. It is your sole and absolute responsibility to send the Product in reasonably protective packaging and pay the cost involved in sending the Product back to Junior Skin Co. warehouse. The Product must be sent to the warehouse using trackable postal service, if the Product is sent through untraceable postal service, it is your responsibility to follow-up with the postal service company to ensure the delivery of Product. The address of the warehouse will be communicated to you at the time of communicating the decision regarding your claim.Junior Skin Co. reserves the right to cancel the approved claim if the Product received by us is damaged or is in very poor condition.
